Kimberly Daws
Owner and Lic Real Estate Broker of Vineyards Property Management has over 18 years of experience specializing in all aspects of residential property management. More specifically the tenant recruiting and leasing process, collections, residential services, maintenance enhancement, capital improvements and creating/implementing marketing programs to ensure long-term residency. Her skills excel beyond accounting to include fiscal planning, budgeting, property cash flow management and analysis, contract negotiations, supervision of contractors, insurance and administrative issues and maintenance needs associated with rental property, extensive customer service and all aspects of office management.
Kim has extensive experience in transitioning rental communities from construction to move in. This experience has allowed Kim to enhance property values for her owners and ensure that they stay competitive in today’s market.
The project management experience in startup properties combined with marketing and sales is a valued combination.
